in Houston.
Start the conversations your Houston event is built for with a photo, AI or booth-based video experience guests can make their own. Tie the takeaway to your brand story and sponsor goals, then plan the venue services, approved image areas and restrictions around any industrial or proprietary displays.

Built around your event
Put your brand story in guests’ hands.
Project-based service. Dates, travel, staffing and venue access are confirmed in the event proposal.
George R. Brown or Reliant Park?
George R. Brown Convention Center has preferred and exclusive service arrangements. The current OTC 2027 organizer page names Reliant Park as its venue. Confirm your event’s campus and current venue name rather than relying on an older listing.
Official planning references: George R. Brown services, OTC official venue information. Venue information checked October 3, 2026; recheck the current organizer manual for your event.
Start with a portrait and a conversation
Give your team an opening with an Elite portrait, custom enclosure or campaign treatment that puts guests in the brand story. Keep the guest experience distinct from technical product photography or an engineering demonstration.
Show your brand, protect your displays
Identify proprietary displays, restricted areas and approved angles. Agree what can appear in guest outputs and which information may be requested for any optional follow-up.
Build delivery around your venue
Make the location part of the proposal by reviewing utilities, services, loading, freight, travel and weather exposure. Name the sponsor, organizer and production contacts responsible for approvals and for resolving issues.
A few useful answers
Before we begin.
What should we send first?
Start with the event and the guest action you want. Tentative dates and an undecided venue are welcome; share only what you know. As the plan develops, the venue, usable space, a draft floor plan or current show manual can help refine the proposal; do not send confidential material through the initial form.
What shapes the quote?
Your quote reflects the experience, custom creative, operating hours and guest takeaways, plus travel, freight, venue services and staffing. This city guide does not set a fixed price or minimum.
Are these venues or shows Tumbleweed clients?
They are planning references. Naming a venue or organizer does not claim a client relationship, endorsement, approved-vendor status or reserved event date.
