Tumbleweed Activations is operated by Marshall & Associates, LLC. This notice covers this website and its initial inquiry form.

Information you share

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email and event idea, plus any optional organization, interest, primary goal, goal details, location, timing, audience and planning notes you provide. We use these details to respond, discuss your event and prepare a possible proposal. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up to a newsletter or reserve a date.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential material or individual attendee details. The form does not accept file uploads.

How inquiries reach us

Selecting Send My Inquiry sends your completed form to Formspree for processing and delivery to Wendy’s business email at wendy@tumbleweedactivations.com. Formspree may process technical information, including your IP address and browser details, to operate and protect its service. Processing may take place in the United States and other countries where it operates. Learn more in Formspree’s privacy policy.

The confirmation shown on this website means Formspree accepted the inquiry. It does not promise an email-delivery or response time.

Retention and your requests

Our policy is to keep inquiries that do not lead to a booking for up to 12 months, then delete them from our inquiry records. Wendy handles privacy and deletion requests at wendy@tumbleweedactivations.com, including requests concerning Formspree submissions and related business-email copies.

You can contact Wendy to ask about information you provided or request a correction or deletion. Please identify the inquiry without sending passwords, identity documents or other sensitive material. Service providers describe their own retention and deletion practices in their privacy policies. Information for a booked project is handled as part of that project’s arrangements.

Website operation

The website does not load Google Analytics or send analytics requests until you choose Accept analytics. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to our published pages and count successful inquiries. Our analytics event data does not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, inquiry text, visitor URL query strings, fragments or referring URLs. Google also processes technical information, including IP-derived approximate location, browser and device information, and analytics cookie identifiers. Advertising features and enhanced measurement are turned off. Processing may take place in the United States and other countries where Google operates. Read Google’s privacy policy.

Accept and Reject are equally available. You can reopen Analytics settings in any page footer and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal stops further analytics collection and removes this site’s analytics cookies; it does not delete data already received by Google. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies expire within 180 days. If your browser blocks storage, the choice may last only for the current page. The inquiry form works whether you accept or reject analytics. We do not save form entries in cookies or browser storage. Your browser may retain information according to its own settings.

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and infrastructure providers process technical traffic information, such as IP addresses and network request information, to deliver and protect the website. Event photography and experiences

Event photography, AI image processing, galleries and participant permissions are separate from this initial inquiry. The appropriate notices and handling arrangements are addressed for the relevant project.
