Branded photo activations
in Las Vegas.
Give the right visitors a reason to stop at your Las Vegas booth. A branded photo, AI portrait or booth-based video experience can open a product conversation or give sponsors a natural way to meet guests. Build around the exact campus, audience and operating window, with freight and guest flow planned together.

Built around your event
Give visitors a reason to stop.
Project-based service. Dates, travel, staffing and venue access are confirmed in the event proposal.
Plan for your Las Vegas venue
Your event may span the Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo and hotel settings. The official CES campus guide shows why the exact campus and room matter. Plan access and operating hours separately for a show-floor booth and an offsite reception.
Official planning references: CES maps and locations. Venue information checked October 3, 2026; recheck the current organizer manual for your event.
Start a conversation with the right visitors
Give guests something they value: a professional portrait, custom enclosed experience or branded video-booth moment. Connect it to your exhibit so your team has a natural opening to talk about the product. Keep any optional next step easy to find.
Keep visitors close to your team
Make it easy for guests to take part and then meet your team. Use the booth drawing and nearby activity to position the invitation, photo experience and takeaway within the approved footprint, with queue space clear of the show aisle.
Plan for the whole event cost
Your proposal needs to account for travel days, hotels, freight, venue labor, ordered services, access and backup equipment. For multiple locations or overlapping dates, confirm the people and equipment needed for each before committing to the plan.
A few useful answers
Before we begin.
What should we send first?
Start with the event and the guest action you want. Tentative dates and an undecided venue are welcome; share only what you know. As the plan develops, the venue, usable space, a draft floor plan or current show manual can help refine the proposal; do not send confidential material through the initial form.
What shapes the quote?
Your quote reflects the experience, custom creative, operating hours and guest takeaways, plus travel, freight, venue services and staffing. This city guide does not set a fixed price or minimum.
Are these venues or shows Tumbleweed clients?
They are planning references. Naming a venue or organizer does not claim a client relationship, endorsement, approved-vendor status or reserved event date.
